Sprinkler and Air Channel Propulsion ADCP Remote Control Electric Vessel

Part I: Technical parameters of remote control

1. Power of remote control: <0.5W;

2. Remote control distance: > 450 meters;

5. Function: It can display and control the battery voltage, remote control voltage and load working current of the equipment.

Part II: Power Technical Parameters of Remote Control Vessels

1. Active power of remote control ship: Two groups of water jet propulsion units are used as the main power of ship hull. The working principle is that water is sucked into the anti-foreign body fence at the bottom of the ship through the impeller, the flow water is rectified by the impeller, and the water is pressurized by the static impeller. Finally, the high pressure is ejected from the stern direction, which produces counter-thrust to ensure the high-speed forward of the ship hull.

2. Retrogression function of remote control ship: A waterproof steering gear is used to drive the joint connecting rod to pull the drainage fence of the nozzle, change the direction of the nozzle flow, and spray the nozzle drainage port of the power unit to the bottom of the ship to produce reaction force to realize the hull retrogression.

3. The steering gear of the remote control ship is driven by the steering gear. A waterproof steering gear is used to drive the connecting rod of the joint to change the direction of the drainage outlet of the water jet propulsion unit so as to realize the left and right steering of the ship hull.

4. The spare power air channel propeller unit of remote control ship: Two air channel turbofan propellers installed at the bottom of the stern of the ship are used to solve the problem of flow measurement on the river bed section with large sediment content, and on the river bed section with a large amount of weeds floating. The active water jet propeller unit recovers the remote control ship after suddenly losing power due to failure, and so on. In case of danger, the air channel units take the safe and smooth recovery of the remote control ship ashore as a favorable guarantee.

5. Material of hull: High strength, anti-collision, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, anti-collision PE material, hull adapting to impact strength thrown down concrete ground from 12 meters high, hull will not crack and damage water intake and other phenomena.

6. Power supply for remote control ship: 25.9V50Ah lithium battery pack with large capacity is adopted, which can be used for quick emergency charging in one hour, two hours and three hours. Burning and explosion can not occur during charging.

7. The maximum speed of the remote control vessel is 3.5 m/s (no-load). Under the condition of carrying instruments, it is suitable for safe current measurement at 3 m/s flow velocity and 0.5 M wave height.

8. Hull size and weight: 1.1 m < length < 1.4 m, 0.5 m < width < 0.7 m, hull weight is not more than 20 kg.

9. The resistance and waterproof grade of the steering gear: the resistance of the steering gear is 110 kilograms, and the steering gear is suitable for soaking under 1 meter water depth and pressure for 1 hour. There will be no out-of-control phenomenon after power-on operation.

10. Receiving antenna: The receiving antenna on the ship's surface needs a soft receiving antenna not longer than 15 centimeters. The purpose is to ensure that the hull will roll over the overturning dam when it is out of control, and that the hull can recover the remote control ship by normal communication when it scrapes down the antenna through a large floating object (tree branch).

11. Output discharging rate of power battery pack: The maximum discharging rate is 4 times of battery capacity, (200A current output).

12. Battery life: Battery normally charges and discharges 500 times, the capacity is not less than 85% of the rated capacity when charges and discharges 500 times.

13. Battery endurance: When the battery pack is fully charged, it can sail at a constant speed of 6000 meters in still water. The remote control shows that the battery voltage of the ship should not be less than 23V.

Part III: Hull Structure

1. The hull compartments must be separated independently to ensure that the hull will not sink due to collision with a corner of the hull in harsh environment.

2. The power cabin is installed at the stern of the ship and has an independent box. It is equipped with a water jet propulsion power unit, a steering gear to control the left and right turn of the ship, a backing steering gear and a controller to control the ship's retreat, a walking ADCP data transmission radio, and a ship communication antenna and an instrument data transmission antenna

3. The main hull compartment is formed by advanced technology at one time, separated from the power compartment, battery compartment and instrument compartment independently, so as to ensure that the hull will not sink due to collision with partial water inflow of the hull under harsh environment.

4. The battery compartment is installed in the front of the hull and has an independent cabin. The sealing cover and strip are installed to facilitate the replacement of the battery pack and the battery compartment seal.

5. The instrument cabin is formed by advanced technology at one time, and the corresponding instrument cabin of the brand walking ADCP is used independently to ensure the tight match between the instrument and the cabin, so that the surge between the instrument cabin and the instrument will not affect the current measurement when the flow rate is high.

Part IV: Rapid Maintenance of Remote Control Vessels

1. In order to achieve the purpose of rapid hydrological response to emergency flow measurement, remote control survey vessel, as a special equipment for emergency measurement, must ensure safety and reliability in case of sudden disasters. If any abnormality is found before or during the course of launching flow measurement, emergency maintenance is needed. The standby independent power cabin should be replaced within 15 minutes so that the ship can safely launch into the water immediately for flow measurement. The replaced fault power cabin can be sent to the manufacturer for repair alone.

Part 5: Guarantee of remote control ship

1. When the remote control vessel is in normal flow measurement, because there are a large number of river grass, duckweed and water hyacinth coming down from upstream and passing through the flow measurement section, the remote control vessel should use air to propel the ability of passing through the surface of the above three floating objects to ensure the safety of the current measurement vessel.

2. Suppliers need to set up emergency repair teams for remote control vessels in Henan Province. They will be on call within 24 hours of the main communication period, including finding and salvaging out-of-control vessels to ensure the safety and reliability of hydrological flow measurement.

3. The battery voltage of the remote control ship can be viewed in real time by mobile phone at any place in the world where there is network, and the ship can be remotely controlled.
